Alpine steeps take a hammering.

Alpine steeps take a hammering.

After a 2 week spell of bad weather in early June, my return to Scotland for 2 weeks could only mean one thing....awesome conditions.

Sure enough, over the last 2 weeks the Couloir des Italiens on the Grande Casse has received massed descents (14 in one day...), Couturier on the Verte has been skied, Tardivel repeated the Nant Blanc face (3rd descent..); amongst other things. Hopefully heading up to the Grande Casse in the next couple of days so hopefully the heat hasn't screwed it yet...
