Braveheart Chair Open!!

The rumours from Friday are true!  The Braveheart Chair was running over the back at Nevis Range today.  It 'should' be running tomorrow too.  Not the best snow in the world (a shame it wasn't running before everything warmed up and melted!).  Anyway it makes for some good craic and a change of scene.  The snow is as good as it is anywhere on the mountain e.g. the Goose or Summit and at least there is more of it.  You can ski in from Yellow Belly which isn't too bad (Chancer's looked ok too), do a few runs under the chair, enjoy one of the rarest chairlift experiences in the World (it's operation is thought to coincide with Halley's comet) ;o) and then get back round to the front of the hill and the Alpha Tow by a high traverse (marked by poles from the top of the chair).
