After a poor start to the winter in central Norway we have headed west to the fabled Mecca of Røldal, the chamonix of norway. In the last week they got 1.5m of new snow and conditions are great today, with more snow coming next week- some nice tree skiing. Meanwhile, the party resort of Hemsedal was bluebird and deep powder - lets hope conditions improve on the east side - but for now west is best! Time for a Scandinavia section in the forum boys
