Breckenridge has a really really kick ass park and has been on top of the big air game since people started pushing snow around with groomers. Its great for intermediates, beginners and experts; in fact its a pretty rocking place to be for all abilities of skier. The village is really really high so take your oxygen mask... I'm not kidding! In fact, its so high that I wouldn't recommend this place for the unfit, because a few minutes of exersion here will really do you in if you aint ready for it. Because of the height, Breck and the other resorts nearby (Keystone for example), all at similar altitude, are amongst the heigest resorts in the world and are a pretty sure thing for snow.

The village offers some pretty decent partying at night and some awesome places to stay and eat. It comes at a reasonably hefty price though, so be sure to have a full wallet before you visit. I found that the "Underworld" club was particularly good for good dancing music and a freindly vibe.
For beginners there are plenty of runs on this mountain and its particularly good for kids and nervous first timers as the majority of the easy runs are close to town; this means that there is a quick escape if things go wrong. I'd suggest that the best place to start off is by heading up the Quicksilver Express lift which services a great selection of green (easy) runs.

For expert skiers, the top half of the mountain is bliss- if not full of incredibly steep terrain. The mountain steepens just above the tree line to offer some fantastic wide open bowl and ridge skiing. These steep runs aren't generally of the cliff band, super exposed variety, but they do allow skiers to go really really fast and there are some really excellent windlips to jump off. For those skiers who like steep groomers, there are also plenty of these at breckenridge; I'd highly recommend getting out first thing in the morning to get onto the perfectly groomed and empty slopes. Its a really great place and time to go fast!

Terrain park lovers will revel in the various different parks available at Breck and its not just quantity that matters here: it's definitely a place where quality is of the utmost importance. All features, from big to small are incredibly well crafted and really aid progression and before you know it, you'll be sticking that double cork 12 without even thinking about it. Maybe. Oh yeah, did I mention that there are plenty of really kick ass natural hits as well as multiple, and pristine, superpipes? This place is turbonic.
The bottom line is that Breckenridge is great for everyone, but its expensive. It maybe isn't the best place for extreme freeriders who want to drop cliffs all day, but its excellent for everyone else who can afford to ski here.
