Introduction
Perisher Blue comprises 7 mountain peaks and 4 four village resort areas (Perisher Valley, Smiggin Holes, Blue Cow and Guthega). It is also close to the town of Jindabyne. Perisher Blue has most of Australias highest runs and all runs are above the winter snowline of 1,650m. It is Australia's largest ski resort making it a popular southern hemisphere skiing and snowboarding destination.

Perisher Blue Ski Resort
It has over 1,245 hectares of skiable terrain serviced by 49 lifts, maintained by 19 groomers and topped up by 188 snow canons.
There is a range of accommocation throughout Perisher Blue with hotels, holiday flats, lodges and inns located in all 4 of the villages. Properties within the resort are located for ski-in/ski-out access. The town of Jindabyne is an easy 30min drive away and provides further accommodation.

The following facilities and services can be found at Perisher Blue: ski and snowboard school (private and group lessons for children and adults), guided tours, night skiing (Tues. and Sat. nights), SkiTubing, equipment hire, 4 Terrain Parks and a Superpipe, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, restuarants, cafes, and of course ample apres ski.
The resort is also kid friendly with Snowy Daycare for tiny tots and beginner friendly with a new ski carpet in Smiggin Holes as well as a 64-metre Ski Carpet in Perisher Valley are available for first timer skier and snowboarders.

Events
Perisher Blue also has a range of events throughout the season from a Winterfest, Action Man Challenge Dome, pool competitions, live entertainment, dancing, races and competions for skiers/riders/cross country skiers. Event calendars are available annually.
